Some of the noble cepages that make the bouquet of this wine were only planted in Lebanon in the Jezzine area at 800 to 1300m elevation. An area noted for producing superb grapes, handpicked, low yield (1kg/wine), vinified with artisanal skills, coupled with the latest finds in the art of vinification and aged in French new oak barrels for twelve months. This resulted in this aromatic well balanced and structured supple wine with good keeping qualities. Harmony between nature, earth and man is artistically displayed in this rare and exquisite wine. Kindly decant for one hour before drinking. Best served at 17ºC.
